Maureen Miles is well known for being a leading real estate expert, speaker, teacher and entrepreneur. She has over 30 years of real estate experience to the firm she founded and is an acting managing partner of 4M Capital, a fast growing multifamily, private equity investment firm. 

In the last 12 years Maureen has completed over 450M in transactions, raised over 75M in private equity and purchased over 3500 multifamily units. Maureen sold the majority of her portfolio in late 2021 and early 2022, exiting with her investors at the peak of the market.  She has been patiently waiting for the market correction since.  She still currently controls, as an active General Partner, over 70M in assets. 

Maureen’s experience includes being the founder of two property management companies, and she is the founder and general partner of a southeast based construction company.  Her diverse background and experience include everything from a licensed Realtor to a licensed General Contractor. She also has extensive experience in renovation/capital improvements, insurance, financing, and tax and title work.

Maureen is an expert in acquisitions, syndications, due diligence, capital renovations, efficient property operations, asset management, and raising private equity.

Being involved in many different real estate ventures over the years has given her a unique combination of hands-on management, investor management, construction skills and deal structuring knowledge.
