Darryl Evanetich, a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur, graduated from Ohio University with a Mechanical Engineering degree before embarking on an eight-year tenure as an Air Force engineer at Wright-Patterson and Hill AFBs. Transitioning from civil service, Darryl leveraged his discipline and strategic acumen to enter the real estate market, purchasing his first investment property in 2016. Regularly attending REIAs and Matt’s real estate classes, and applying insights from Brett Daniel’s TTP program, he built the confidence to found Family Home Solutions in 2018, a wholesaling business where he has since owned six rental units, completed seven flips, and wholesaled over 60 properties. In 2022, inspired by Tony Robbins’ Platinum Partners, Darryl relocated to Medellín, Colombia, living abroad and traveling the world for the last 1.5 years. This strategic relocation has not only broadened his expertise in international real estate dynamics but also honed his skills in managing a virtual business, granting him both time and location freedom while increasing the value he delivers to clients and fellow investors.
