TOPIC: Tough Times Create Strong Operators

MARK STUBLER:

Mark Stubler is the founder of Joe Homebuyer, one of the fastest-growing real estate investing franchises in the country. Known for his servant leadership, strategic mind, and deep care for people, Mark has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs go from deal hustlers to system-driven business owners.

After a successful career in sales, Mark made the leap into real estate with a mission: to build a business that aligned with his values—faith, family, and freedom. He partnered with Cody Hofhine, and together they scaled Joe Homebuyer from a local wholesale operation into a national franchise brand rooted in purpose, process, and people.

Mark’s leadership philosophy is simple: Businesses should bless your life, not take it over. He is passionate about helping real estate investors build operational maturity, develop world-class teams, and grow businesses that last.

Whether speaking on stage or coaching franchisees behind the scenes, Mark helps people trade burnout for breakthrough. He challenges audiences to think bigger, lead better, and live with purpose.
