LINDSEY WARDLE: Lindsey Wardle has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2005, working for Keller Williams (6yrs) & Century 21 Everest (10yrs). Lindsey has been a sales coach for the last 7 years for the Mike Ferry Organization (5yrs) & Everest Sales System (2yrs). She is highly skilled at coaching brokers and recruiters on how to build their companies, as well as their agents.

 

She has coached many agents nationwide to help grow their business in real estate. She assisted with training, coaching and retention efforts of brokerages. She has been the top recruiter in the Top 21 for Century 21 nationwide for multiple years in a row holding record numbers, personally totaling more than 550+ agents.

 

Lindsey has been a licensed Realtor since 2010 and majored in Interior Design. She has served as a part of the NAHREP Salt Lake City Chapter for 5 years, giving back to the Hispanic community.

 

She is passionate about self-development & growth and is a Senior Leader with Tony Robbins. Her interests include travel, giving back and she enjoys exercising daily and staying active. Her favorite sports are softball & football.

Ben Kjar was born with Crouzons syndrome (a craniofacial anomaly), and as a young boy the doctors told him that he would live a different life…..and that’s exactly what he’s done!
 
Ben has risen above any of life’s challenges and become a Victor not a victim.
 
Ben is Utah Valley University’s first-ever NCAA Division 1 Wrestling All-American and has represented the USA team internationally.
 
Ben is an international professional speaker and has told his story to millions around the globe, in front of crowds of up to 10,000 people!
 
In the past 6 years, Ben has flipped nearly 200 properties and compiled a Rental portfolio of almost 100 multi family rentals and 3 storage unit complexes.
Ben and his gorgeous wife, LaCol, are proud parents of 3 beautiful adopted kids which are all under 3 yrs old.
 
Ben believes the real way to become truly wealthy is to travel and experience culture and it’s people. If you can connect with mankind, you will have a rich life.
