Dr. Nate Lambert is a successful real estate investor from Sandy, Utah. With a PhD in Family Psychology, Nate taught for several years as a professor at Brigham Young University and as Department Chair at the University of the South Pacific in Fiji. World-renowned for his research on gratitude, prayer, and romantic relationships, Dr. Nate has published over 70 journal articles and 5 books, was an editor of the Journal of Positive Psychology, has a blog on Psychology Today, and has spoken at numerous conferences on 5 continents.
Dr. Nate transitioned from academia to real estate in 2015, when he decided to leave behind his mundane life on campus to pursue his true passion on the lot. Over the next five years, his life completely changed. Through hard work and intense education, Dr. Nate became a master of house-flipping and real estate investment. He quickly built his rental portfolio to include over 50 rental properties—numbers that continue to grow every year. Nate now averages 10-20 house flips a year. He has achieved ultimate financial freedom through his real estate business and as a result, has been able to travel the world, touring 45 countries and counting. He has also starred on an episode of House Hunters International on HGTV.
In addition to building his own real estate empire, Dr. Nate also coaches others on creating financial freedom through real estate investing. He is the author of the book “Active Life, Passive Income: Achieve Financial Freedom through Real Estate Investing”, and the host of his podcast “Active Life, Passive Income”. Dr. Nate also hosts a quarterly mastermind that focuses on developing your own ‘Life GPS’ in order to thrive in the “6 F’s” of life: Finances, Family, Faith, Fitness, Fun, and Fulfillment. He has helped more than 180 people land optimal real estate deals in 46 states. Nate’s goal is to help 1000 people to become real estate millionaires.
Nate Lambert isn’t just a doctor with a love for real estate. He is also a husband, and father of 5 boys. From 1999-2001 Nate served a mission in Moscow, Russia for his church and speaks the Russian language fluently. Later he went on to marry the love of his life, Olya Lambert – a Russian native. For Nate, his faith and his family are his top priorities and his true source of fulfillment and success.
