Melanie Engel is the Founder and Principal Broker of Flamingo Beach Realty, a luxury brokerage specializing in high-value coastal real estate along the Gold Coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She is widely recognized for representing legacy beachfront estates, resort-style residences, investment condominiums, and development land for an international clientele of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and strategic investors.

Since relocating from Canada to Playa Flamingo in 2014, Melanie has built one of the region’s most influential boutique firms, leading transactions that have helped shape the modern luxury market in this part of Costa Rica. Under her leadership, Flamingo Beach Realty has closed more than $770 million in sales volume, including some of the most significant ocean-view and beachfront properties on the Pacific coast.

Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration and brings more than three decades of executive business experience to her real estate practice.
