He has successfully invested in 20+ real estate deals and has built a dynamic investment portfolio. He’s passionate about traveling, reading, fitness, and family, Shoney is dedicated to helping others reach higher and tap into their potential.

TYLER CAZIER:
Tyler Cazier was born in Idaho to a hard-working entrepreneur Dad and a hard-educating teacher Mom. Taught from a young age that the dream is free, but that hustle is sold separately, Tyler started his entrepreneur journey loan sharking kids in elementary school!
In high school he started a quiet “get-better-grades-by-making-your-essays-look-better” side business.
He went to college for advertising here in Utah and never left. He met and married his wife in Utah Valley and has lived here ever since. Tyler has worked in tech for years — he built his first website in 1995 (last century)! Since then he’s built websites for small community banks around the country carrying on the David and Goliath battle against big banks.
In 2018 Tyler made the leap into real estate and got his real-estate license. From 2018 to 2024, Tyler has acquired 12 doors as an investor and continues to acquire.
One of the biggest advantages Tyler points to in the rise of his real estate empire, is the ability to see when a decision is possible and then make a decision that matters.
