JUSTIN EARL:

Justin has 15 years of development experience working with some of the largest real estate players in Utah and nationally. He brings enthusiasm, creativity, and confidence to the industry.

Prior to starting J.B. Earl Company, Justin co-founded Blackfish, a development company that specializes in developing college student apartment communities. He was previously Director of Acquisitions and Development with one of the largest multifamily developers in Utah, Ivory Commercial (ICO). Before ICO, Justin worked with Phillips Edison & Company, a public/private REIT specializing in grocery anchored shopping centers throughout the US. Justin was also the Land Acquisition Manager and the Development Manager for Alpine Homes, a subsidiary of a “Top 50” private home building company in the US.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University, and both his Master of Finance and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah. He has enjoyed teaching several classes for the University of Utah MRED program, and mentoring both U of U and BYU teams for the Utah Real Estate Challenge.

When he is not working on development, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children and exploring the great outdoors.

JEFF BREGLIO:

Jeff is an attorney in Salt Lake City, practicing asset protection, real estate, corporate succession and estate planning law. He has been an attorney since 1995. He has also been a real estate investor since 2000, a real estate agent for 8 years, is currently an escrow officer and real estate entrepreneur and educator. He is a regular speaker, locally and nationally, to various groups on legal issues of real estate investment, self-direction, asset protection and corporate liability.
Jeff is a board member and attorney for the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Association, been a board member and education coordinator for the Utah REIA, as well as a board member of two non-profit organizations and a Salt Lake City community councilman. He has created over 800 entities, worked with over 1000 clients and been a part of 1000’s of real estate investment transactions. He began his passion for real estate investing in 2000 when he bought his first flip property. He currently has both residential and commercial investment properties.
Jeff is a former competitive marathoner and triathlete, even having completed an Ironman. He’s also proud to say that he’s published 3 novels and is working on his fourth. His team at Breglio Law Office is always willing to help you succeed.
