STEVE BOND:
Steven Bond was raised in AZ. As an adult he has lived in England, Saint George, UT, Gig Harbor, WA, Utah County and now resides in Park City, UT with his wife and five kids.
Professionally, Steven Bond is a Broker/Owner of a boutique brokerage, Capital Advisors Real Estate, in Provo, UT and currently is serving as Vice President for the Utah Association of REALTORS.
In 2012, Steven co-founded Fourplex Investment Group (aka FIG) which grew to a development company in four states building approximately 1,000 doors a year which were pre-sold to a loyal investor base around the world. In 2019, Steven sold out of his ownership of FIG and began doing personal projects that matched his passions. This also allowed him to spend more time with his family, doing hobbies and traveling.
Steven’s real estate portfolio includes mixed use, commercial and multifamily and he loves finding and maximizing on the “in between the lines” value add business concepts or real estate assets.

J.R. MCLAUGHLIN:
JR McLaughlin has been involved in real estate for over twenty years. Over those years he had many mentors, financial friends and real estate allies. An extensive sales background, experience as a licensed lender and real estate broker have helped him be a better property manager and landlord. Fortunately he married well and his inlaws have been kind enough to let him come along for the ride in their commercial and multi-family projects. JR loves any type of creative financing, especially creating and structuring deals in which all involved will benefit. On the third Friday of each month you will find him facilitating the monthly meeting for the greater Salt Lake area National Council of Exchangors.
